What should I expect?
Relax and unwind in your own private suite while burning up to 600 calories and detoxing from the inside out! Our full spectrum infrared saunas combine three infrared wavelengths (Near, Mid, and Far) to optimize absorption and maximize health benefits.
beem® light sauna sessions are 40-minutes long. You can enjoy your infrared session in our Solo Saunas or bring a friend and head into one of our larger Social Saunas. Your sauna comes with built-in entertainment so you can catch your favorite TV Shows or listen to your preferred music on Pandora. Want to unplug completely and enjoy the suite’s light therapy? The choice is yours! -
What should I wear to my light session?
We provide towels for your light session. If you feel more comfortable wearing clothes during your session, choose loose, breathable clothing. You may also want to bring a swimsuit if you are sweating with a friend. Less is more while allowing your skin to breathe and sweat it out. Please remove any body oils/lotions before your session.

How often can I enjoy a light therapy session?
You can safely come into beem® as often as you would like (with a maximum of 1 session per day). The frequency at how often you undergo light therapy will depend on your individual goals.

How do you sanitize the therapy rooms?
Keeping our saunas clean and sanitized between each use is our top priority. Did you know that infrared heat kills 99% of bacteria and germs? This means that infrared saunas are already a very sterilized environment to begin with – but on top of that, we use all non-toxic cleaners to ensure the cleanest and most healthy environment for our guests.
